This was the first time I had been to Noodles and Company and I have to say they make the best chicken noodle soup I have ever tasted. Plus it was my birthday and I got a free rice crispy treats that tasted like it was made with real butter and very delicious. The customer was excellent the guy that took our order even came over to our table to make sure everything was alright. The pricing was also very affordable when you are on a budget and that is one thing that is very important to me when I go into a business. I definitely give Noodles and Company 5 out of 5

I called in after I placed an order through there app and realized it was missing a regular size Mac and cheese. Taking with one staff member than the manager, I was told they couldn’t add onto an online order because they couldn’t collect the extra payments and I would have to order again. I told them I could order through the app for under 15 and the manager was amazing and offered a free one instead!!! I was definitely not expecting this since it was a mistake on my end instead. Customer service and the manager were 12/10 by far. Thank you so much for this!!
The Twin Falls location always does a great job. We have gluten allergies and they always take extra caution with our meals. Today I got the chicken bacon Alfredo with rice noodles. DELICIOUS!

Absolutely love this chain, first tried it in California. The garlic tortellini is delicious. The staff is wonderful. I wish they would open more locations in the Pacific Northwest
